Request for Expression of Interests (REOI) for Supply of Children's Winter clothing (Ages 3 month - 16 years)

Ref: REOI/SD/EDU/2023/03 Winter Clothing 

UNICEF Supply Division is in the process of initiating a solicitation for establishing Long Term Arrangements for Children's Winter clothing (Ages 3 month - 16 years). This REOI is addressed to reliable and experienced Winter Clothes Vendors who can supply quality clothing. Product examples are as below (to be confirmed when tender is issued, tentatively during Q1-Q2/2023).

* Exact specifications for each item will be provided during the tender and high quality items will be additionally requested. The products may vary in styles, colors and sizes.

Companies with global export of such products and who are interested in being considered for the tender should express interest by completing the REOI web form by [02/03/2023]

Interested vendors are to note UNICEF is endeavoring to have geographically diverse supplier sourcing which will be part of the preliminary review of this REOI.  

It is recommended to express interest for these products to be considered for future tender participation. To be considered for the planned tender it is preferable, but not a requirement for potential suppliers to have a website providing detail listing of their product and service range.

Expression of Interest received will be screened based on the information provided and based on required documentation being available on UNGM. (Refer to UNGM help center on how to upload documents. https://help.ungm.org/hc/en-us/articles/360012816320-How-to-upload-documents-in-UNGM-)

Please note:
(a) Companies are invited to consult UNICEF's procurement policies ahead of Expressing Interest in doing business with UNICEF: https://www.unicef.org/supply/suppliers-and-service-providers
(b) This is NOT an invitation to submit a quotation. Do not send your prices or your products’ specifications at this stage;
(c) Questions about conformity of the supplier’s products will not be answered;
(d) This REoI does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EoI does not automatically guarantee your participation in the request for quotation;
(e) UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final solicitation document.
(f) UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REoI and/or solicitation process.
