New clarification added: Question 32: Could you clarify the maintenance period after the primary deliver the project? Could you Please extend the deadline, we didn't find manufacturers who meet the technical requirements?Answer: The maintenance period is mentioned in Scope of work and technical specifications. ( Maintenance for all of the All-in-one LED street lighting components according to the manufacturer's recommendations to guarantee the system's safe and normal operation starting at the first operation of the system and ending by the end of the DNP;)

New clarification added: Question 29: With reference to schedule 4.4 [Key Personnel] a Civil Engineer is required for every lot. As part of the evaluation criteria for this requirement, it is stated that composition and structure of the team proposed is appropriate.............. and the team of Key Personnel is suitable for the provision of the necessary Works. However, when looking at the nature of works in most of the lots, there are no civil works required except for lots 9, 10, 11 and 12.Therefore, considering the fact that the scope of work for lots 1 to 8 does not include civil works, could you amend the Key Personnel requirement deleting the civil engineer?Answer: Please adhere to the requirements and specifications of the tender.

New clarification added: Question 19: The solar street light is different from common AC LED street light, the luminous efficacy is much higher than common AC LED street light, we have to decrease the power of LED light source (lamp work power), increase the luminous efficacy, save the battery power consumption, it equals to save the cost for big battery capacity.Can we suggested suitable and design,as follow1. LED Lamp 100W, this is not work power for solar street light. Concerning on our complete solar street lighting solution, we will design the LED light source work power for 60W, 160lm/w, lumen output for 9600lm, the lighting effect is very good. We have finished some similar projects at domestic and abroad, so we suggest that care more about the lumen output and reasonable battery capacity. The sun light is enough in Yemen, we suggest to match with 614Wh (48Ah 12.8V) Lithium iron phosphate battery, the work full power is more than 10 hours.2.LED Lamp 40W, this is not work power for solar street light. Concerning on our complete solar street lighting solution, we will design the LED light source work power for 28W, 150lm/w, lumen output for 4200lm, the lighting effect is very good. The sun light is enough in Yemen, we suggest to match with 268.8Wh (84Ah 3.2V) Lithium iron phosphate battery, the work full power is more than 9 hours.Answer: Please adhere to the specifications of the tender.
