United Nations Secretariat’s Global Strategy and Policy Division seeks to identify potential companies that provide software solutions that offer a range of career support programmes and tools that include but are not limited to the ones listed below: - Peer support programmes in which staff can search profiles of other staff and request meetings with them through, for example, mentoring, coaching, "buddy system," or networking relationships. - Job exchange programmes - AI-informed learning paths and training suggestion - Skill-building tools - Career-related insights provided to users through different data points gathered. - Growth goals and milestones provided to users to help them with their career journey. These can be populated based on the different programmes and trainings available, among other things. This request for information (RFI) will serve OHR to conduct market research to identify firms capable of providing the services described above with the requirement specified. This announcement is a Request for Information (RFI) is the market reserch purpose, not necessery to commnit the future soliciation. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.
