WPRO WHE EOC Display Wall Upgrade

The World Health Organization, Western Pacific Regional Office (WHO/WPRO) is seeking offers for various Audio Visual Equipment. Your Company  is invited to submit an offer  in response to this Invitation to Bid (ITB)

The successful bidder shall be a company operating in the field of Conference and Audio Visual Equipment Supply, Installation and integration with proven expertise and references. 

Bidders should follow the instructions set forth on the attached Invitation To Bid document. All Annexes should be properly filled up and submitted form compliance. 

SUBMISSION:

The qualified and interested bidder shall submit, in writing, both on letterhead and in the attached XL format  the complete offer to WHO/WPRO, no later than  20 February 2023 at 17:00 hours  Manila  time (“the closing date”), to the Contract Management Officer through WP RO UNGM at email address wproungm@who.int

To be complete, an offer  shall include:

• A technical offer, as described under part 2 above;
• A financial offer, as described under part 2 above;
• Annex 2 , duly completed and signed by a person or persons duly authorized to represent the bidder, to submit an offer  and to bind the bidder to the terms of this ITB.
• A filled and signed self-declaration form, annexed hereto.
