Support to Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) for Strengthened RBM

This RFP is for provision of Support to Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) for strengthened Results Based Management including conducting country evaluations for UNDP’s Global Programme on Rule of Law, Human Rights, Justice and Security for Sustainable Peace and Development.
