Dear Supplier, United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC) invites you to submit a proposal for an end-to-end service implementation solution to deliver remotely for Identity and Access Management (IdAM) project based on ServiceNow Platform. Kindly refer to the attached Annex I - RFP document for the requirements and submit your proposal accordingly with a competitive pricing proposal. UNICC requires an end-to-end service implementation solution with the following information: • Location: remote • Estimated contract start date: Feb 2023 • Specify in your RFP response the duration of the solution that is being asked by UNICC o Refer to Annex I – RFP document for more details • Include CV profiles of the resources and roles • Attach your technical response of the solution in the technical folder • Attach your financial response including the daily rate of the proposed roles and the total cost of the end-to-end project in the financial response folder Any questions concerning the RFP must be addressed in one correspondence only (i.e., bidders can only submit one set of questions one time) using the Annex II - Question-Answer excel summary to submit via “Correspondence” tab no later than COB Thursday, 12 January 2023 RFP closing date is COB Friday, 20 January 2023 United Nations Core Values are Integrity, Professionalism, Respect for Diversity.
