Provision of Laundry Machine Spare Parts to UNISFA

The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of laundry machine spare parts. Description of General Requirements: 1. UNISFA is seeking to establish a long-term agreement for the provision of laundry machine spare parts 2. The laundry machine spare parts required are fast-moving in nature and will require supply and delivery within two (2) weeks after receipt of a purchase order (ARO). Interested companies must have the capacity to avail the items in the quantities required within this short delivery lead time. 3. The applicable incoterms for the required laundry machine spare parts will be delivered-at-place (DAP) - Entebbe, Uganda. 4. In light of the above delivery lead time and location, only regional vendors with a presence or partners or subcontractors in the above country will be allowed to participate in the resultant solicitation exercise.
