Description

RFP Title: Knowledge, Attitude and Practices (KAP) survey on behavioral aspects of the beneficiaries of Mother and Child Benefit Programme (M&CBP).

1. Request for Proposal
United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the abovementioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein.

2. Request for Information
For any queries please contact the Contracts Officer, Supply & Procurement Section by email: mahhasan@unicef.org and mnmohammad@unicef.org. All queries will be entertained up to 5 working days prior to the bid opening.

The responses of this LRPS should be submitted ONLY to the email ID:
ebidsbangladesh@unicef.org; No staff members should be copied in that email. Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail. 

PLEASE REFER TO DETAILED INFORMATION IN SPECIAL NOTES # PART II, 1.1. FOR THE MODE OF SUBMISSION. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the submission deadline will be rejected.
