Mejdlaya school construction Project

UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for the Construction of Mejdlaya School Building as stipulated in the LRPS. Hence, I am writing to invite you for Invitation to Bid  No. (LRPS-2022-9179711)

You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your proposals by sealed envelopes as per the following and as indicated in the LRPS, page 1:

The reference LRPS 2022-9179711 must be shown on the sealed envelopes.

The Request for Proposal for Services form must be used when replying to this invitation.

Proposals must be received by latest 12:00 hours (Beirut time) on 21.12.2022 and will be opened at 12:30 hours (Beirut time) on 21.12.2022. Request for Proposal for Services received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

Technical and financial Proposals shall be submitted on CD ROMs and hard copies delivered to the UNICEF address stipulated in the RFP. The technical proposal must not contain any financial information.

The proposals shall be submitted in two sealed envelopes as follow:

- One sealed envelope containing three identical copies on three CDs in addition to one hard copy for the technical proposal with a cover letter stating project title; and

-One sealed envelope containing one signed and stamped hard copy of the financial proposal and a CD containing a scanned stamped copy of the financial proposal and the excel protected copy of the financial proposal.

Both envelopes to be clearly marked and to be included in one sealed outer envelope to be sent at the address stipulated in the RFPS.

Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.

It is important that you read all the provisions of the Request for Proposal for Services to ensure that you understand and comply with the UNICEF's requirements. Note that failure to submit compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All bidders shall attend the pre-bid meeting that will be held at UNICEF office on Monday 28.11.2022 at 10:00h on the second floor, meeting room 201. Bidders are required to bring all mandatory original legal documents mentioned in para IX under Mandatory Qualification Requirements (if not recently done) which will be checked for validity. The bidders will be shortlisted for future UNICEF construction projects accordingly prior to the opening of the technical and financial proposals.

Mandatory SITE VISIT

All bidders are invited to attend the MANDATORY site visit on 30.11.2022 (TBC).
