Procurement of Consultancy Services for Airspace and Air Traffic Management Design and Air Navigation Services Training for Empresa Nacional de Navegaçao Aerea (ENNA)

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) intends to procure services for a complete airspace and Air Traffic Management (ATM) review for Angola, development of a new airspace design including instrument flight procedures, migration to surveillance ATC operations, development of a training manual and provision of trainings required to support the new operations.
