Procurement for Printing and Visibility Items
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees - with its Branch Office Sana'a, Republic of Yemen - has an international mandate to provide international protection and to seek solutions for the problem of refugees in Yemen. In addition, The Office assumes the lead responsibility for protection, emergency shelter and camp management for internally displaced persons in Yemen. The work of the Office is of an entirely non-political character.
The Office in Sana'a would like to purchase printing and visibility items and invites qualified companies to provide a firm offer for the supply of the following:
- SUPPLY OF Printing and Visibility Items.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION: Wednesday, 16th of November 2022 – @ the following time
- At 16:00 PM (Yemen time) For Sample submissions @ UNHCR Office in Sana’a
- At 23:59 PM (Yemen time) For Technical & Financial Offers submissions in the e-tender box

Technical & Financial proposals Submission
- Technical & Financial proposals are to be uploaded in separate documents, under separate links for ‘Technical’ & ‘Financial’ Offers on e-TenderBox http://etenderbox.unhcr.org
- Submit a copy of your bid security with the technical proposal (Bidder should submit the original bid security when required)
- Deadline for Technical & Financial Offers submission will be on 16th of November 2022 23:59 hrs Local Time
