New clarification added: Clarification 01: Due to the dimension of the work, we are having difficulties in evaluating all the costs of the work and finishing the bid within the date defined. Is it possible to postpone the tender submission date to the 28 of November?UNOPS Response: Bid submission deadline is extended until 21 November 2022;
