ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INTERNAL AUDITOR TRAINING COURSE

The Mission Support Division at the UN Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) aims to establish a Quality Assurance program for its support operations headquartered in Bogota, Colombia and is looking for a contractor to aid the Quality Assurance program by providing suitable orientation trainings, consultation for ISO certification readiness and ISO 9001:2015 certification assessment. UNVMC is aiming for an ISO certification assessment for mission support functions in 2023. The objective of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a QMS based on ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent), report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011 and to contribute to the continual improvement of the management system. The Contractor is required to provide UNVMC with Qualified, Trained, and experienced personnel who have necessary Quality management systems knowledge and experience in diverse administrative functions including supply chain management, service delivery, finance and budget and human resources management. The Mission reserves the right to split the contract to one or more contractor for QA Training and ISO Preparation/Implementation for the services required under this SOW. The Mission anticipates that orders for a training course will be placed each year within the framework of this Contract. However, the Mission makes no firm commitment to purchase any specific quantity or make purchases at any specific time during the Contract period.
