Description

The PSP (Private Sector Partnerships) would like to purchase VoIP integrated air call system, interrogatable with Salesforce to make unlimited out-bound and in-bound international calls, using manual or autodialer mode with the best quality of calls and competitive rate per min. VoIP software is an application that makes online calls possible. With VoIP software, PSP team will be able to make and receive calls online whether the call recipient uses a landline, mobile device, or VoIP phone. Reference period The service provision is expected to start by the 1 st of December 2022 for the maximum duration of 3 years (2023 – 2024 – 2025).
