Description

PURPOSE OF THE RFP

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to facilitate an ongoing learning among health workers in the civil service on the principles and fundamentals of IPC by developing an interactive online training or e-learning, in collaboration with MoH Malaysia, INTAN and WHO to develop eight (8) interactive online training modules, using INTAN platform.

WHO requires the successful bidder, the Contractor, to develop a customised E-Learning interactive online modules on Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) in collaboration with MoH and INTAN

  • Phase 1: Development of E-Learning interactive modules 1 to 4
  • Phase 2: Development of E-Learning interactive modules 5 to 8

The contractor to provide support for 12 months after the final module has been successfully uploaded on INTAN’s platform

The contractor to provide training to maintain/update the content on INTAN’s platform

All the E-Learning interactive online Modules should be as per INTAN’s requirement

 

WORK TO BE PERFORMED

  • • Design and develop course content
  • • Develops storyboards and scripts for e-learning and virtual training
  • • Integrates emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning

The selected contactor will be required to work with INTAN and their IT contractor to perform the job

 

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROVIDER 

Mandatory:

  1. Proven experience in the field of developing interactive online learning, content development, project management, with excellent communication skills.
  2. Previous work with WHO, other international organizations and/or major institutions in the field of  e-learning and virtual training ;

Desirable:

Experience/knowledge in IPC/Covid-19
