Purchasing and delivery of Forensic Items to UNITAD Baghdad

1.0 United Nations Assistant Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) On behalf of UNITED NATIONS INVESTIGATIVE TEAM FOR ACCOUNTABILITY OF DA’ESH (UNITAD) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Purchasing and delivery of Forensic Items to UNITAD Baghdad . The scope of requirement shall include: 1.1 Forensic Appliance,Mobile Investigations, Laptop 1.2 Forensic Extraction Device:Data Atola Insight Forensic 1.3 Forensic Extraction Device:Data Atola TaskForce 1.4 Evidence bags 1.5 Electro Static Discharge Bags NOTE: DETAILED REQUIREMENT WITH COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE BIDDING PROCESS. 2.0 For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue Request For Quotation (ERQ) with detailed specifications to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI's requirement 3.0 Please note on the following: • This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal. • UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for RFQ document. • UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline. 4.0 Will be willing to submit duly completed and signed forms during the Bidding process as follows: * ETCU 0015_Service Provider Evaluation Form * ETCU 0042_Environmental Commitment for Potential Suppliers & Contractor form
