New clarification added: Question: Would it be possible to get access to the terms of reference of this tender or any additional information regarding the tasks to do and the project?Answer: There is no TOR available at this stage. This Request For Information is issued for the sole purpose of a brief market research for indicative budgeting purposes only. At this stage unfortunately we cannot provide more details then what is described under the Specific requirements/information section of the Particulars section. Your valuable information will help us shape the scope a future potential project that is still in planning phase, thus this RFI is issued to collect information only.
