Tender description: The purpose of the ITB is to select a supplier that will deliver emergency service and rescue equipment (fire fighting, mine rescue, water rescue and training rescue equipment) to Tbilisi, Georgia.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,I would like to get clarification on the below:Lot 2 item 4 -For the diving flashlight, Could you please confirm which type of handles you require?And with what type of helmet the flashlight will be used since there are different options to attach the light to a helmet.Kind RegardsDear Sir,Please ntoe that Diving flashlight should have universal type handles both in order to attach it to a helmet and on the arm.ThanksAnna

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam, are we to assume that all items listed in the tender documents require in country training or are these limited to certain items only, in which case can you kindly clarify which items require on site training in Georgia. With regards to the training, would the end user accept remote, i.e. via Zoom, Teams etc. as a more cost effective solution?Thank you.Dear Zakarias,Please ntoe that the teraining for some specific items is requested: Water rescue equipment - Training for the following equipment is required: 1. Underwater Suspension Manipulator Robot, Search Camera and 2. Search Device Mine rescue equipment - Training is required for the following equipment: 1. Closed Circuit Breathing Apparatus (full set), 2. O2 Booster Pump and 3. Oxygen Self Rescuer.We can cosider the remote trainings too via onine sources.ThanksAnna
