Description
The UN-International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (UN-ICTY) located in The Hague, Netherlands, is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and capable companies to register for the tender to provide local, national, international, point-to-point telecommunications services, and internet services. All telecommunication services are terminated in the UN-ICTY Headquarters building located in The Hague. Telephony services are provided through an ICTY owned and operated Alcatel 4400 PBX (software version 10.0) with Call Accounting Management (Alcatel 4760 software version 5.2.01.04). There are currently 1200 active extensions on the PBX. The following telecommunications services are currently in service and would be required upon the start of the contract. • PRI (PBX voice traffic). • SDSL (ISP services). • 20 Mb connection for combined voice, data and video traffic (logically point-to-point link between HQ and detention center in Scheveningen). • ADSL connections (ISP services). • BRI/ISDN connections (Video Teleconferencing services). • Analogue lines (various uses). It is anticipated that the new contract will commence on 1 January 2013 for an initial 1 year period with 3 possible extensions of 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
