Lease of Accommodation and Office Space in Tripoli, Libya

The United Nations Support in Libya (UNSMIL) is seeking to identify available accommodation and office space for the headquarters in Tripoli, Libya and enter into a Lease Agreement for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year term extensions. The premises should be located in the UN Security approved zone which is the Janzour area in Tripoli, Libya. Important Notice: This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNSMIL reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process.
