Regional project to enhance regional cross-border cooperation by strengthening the capacity of the Border Liasion Offices (BLOs) in Central Asia of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest for provision of accomodation and transportation services for legal entities to service two regional training courses, which will be held on 19-23 September and 26-30 September 2022 in Istanbul, Turkiye. The event will be held at Istanbul airport Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. Vendors interested in the above sites must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (on below link on page 4). UNODC ROCA will examine this EOI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an expression of interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNODC ROCA reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
