Undertaking of Trips, Catering and Accomodation for Gaza Camping Delegation to Jerusalem and West Bank (West Bank Local Suppliers Only)

The Camping activity is a central Summer Activity that is managed by UNRWA Summer Fun Weeks (SFWs) project that targets a group of vulnerable and best students from the Gaza Strip (38 girls+ 35 boys). In August 2022, Gaza students are supposed to travel to the West Bank to visit some cities and engage in recreational activities. Summer Fun Weeks (SFWs) project is seeking a contractor (established company) to provide good accommodation, safe transportation/trips, and catering services to the camping delegation (73 students, 21 chaperones and 1 coordinator from West Bank). The contractor should provide UNRWA with the required services in a timely and safe manner.
