This EOI does not constitute a Solicitation; responding to the EOI does not guarantee that the Vendor will be invited to participate in the Solicitation when issued; and the UN reserves the right to change or cancel the procurement at any time during the EOI process or the formal Solicitation process. Only those Vendors who are registered or provisionally registered or have started their registration process in UNGM for the relevant goods, services or works, will be eligible to receive the Solicitation Documents. The United Nations (UN) intends to bid the following requirement: To provide services to the United Nations (UN) Capital Master Plan (CMP) project under the line direction of the CMP as part of the owner’s representative and project management team for the new information, audio visual (AV), conference, presentation, broadcast and media production technology systems defined as CAMP (CMSI – AV- MAMS – PBF), a component of the master renovation of the UN campus. The project and scope encompass the works of the CMP as it encompasses: North Lawn Conference Building, Conference Building, Secretariat, General Assembly, surrounding areas, and any other UN facilities associated with the master CMP project. The overarching goal of the consultancy to assist in the successful implementation of new technology systems for all the various media applications across all departments’ user groups throughout the entire UN campus. This includes but is not limited to: • Broadcast and Distribution • Production • Conference & Meeting Services • Transcription • Archive and Library • Presentation • Digital Signage • Internal Distribution • Video Conferencing • Low Voltage/ IT Technology integration
