Revision of the date of the Deadline. The relevant Contract provisions indicated below are amended to read as follows;               Deadline under General section:    2022-08-07, 11:30 UTC (5:30 PM Bangaldesh time) 2. Pre bid meeting minutes along with the request for clarifications and relevant answers is added to the Documents sections3. As per the clarifications and relevant answers received, a revised Schedule of Requirements titled “Section II_Schedule of Requirements_R1” is added to the Documents sections. Please refer to Scope of Work for any changes made.

New clarification added: Q1. In your document Section II: Schedule of Requirements, Page Number 5 , H. General requirements: Number -2 mentioned the below:The Production environment will be given by the client. Production Environment would be setup based on the hardware requirements given by the consultant.Question: The selected consultant development team will work in DGDA Premises for 9 Months to develop LIMS  and support staff for support and maintenance services for a period of one (01) year? The client DGDA will arragge the development teal working envirionment setup?A2. Production environment is a term used to describe the setting where software and other products are actually put into operation for their intended uses by end users. A production environment can be thought of as a real-time setting where programs are run and hardware setups are installed and relied on for organization or commercial daily operations.Hence, No -  the DGDA will not provide the space for the development team to work in the premises in for 9 months. Perhaps a temporary station can be arranged when the business analysis process is on going. But after that, the developement team will have to provide their own space to work.
