RFQ-2022-85: Development of UNAIDS Report on joint activities in collaboration with National AIDS Programme stakeholders

The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of below services:
1. To develop a report of UNAIDS joint activities in collaboration with NAP stockholders, Doners, NGOs, CSOs, UN agencies and other counterparts from 2018 till 2021. (For the biennium 2018-2019 and 2020-2021 in Farsi and English).
2. To prepare an HIV glossary at the end of the report based on the latest available resources in Farsi and English
3. To design the report based on UNAIDS brand builder and prepare it for printing.
The supplier is expected to conduct the following tasks:
• work under direct supervision of UNAIDS
• develop a detailed work plan with time frame (to be agreed with UNAIDS)
• gather major ideas within a preliminary briefing meeting with key informants and conduct brainstorming meetings
• gather and collect information, reports, photos provided by UNAIDS and prepare the base line of the report
• develop the report structure (to be approved by UNAIDS after required adjustments)
• prepare completed text of the report in Farsi and English
• design the report and prepare it for printing
• update UNAIDS on the progress of the assignment every two weeks
• provide the final draft in the agreed digital format (e.g. CD or DVD) and by email in Word™, Excel™ and PowerPoint™, PDF formats, as appropriate, as well as specimen hard copies of any published material, where applicable. All raw data will be handed over electronically and in hard copy
• deliver final technical and financial reports in English and supporting documents
• Undertake to keep all information regarding the report and the content thereof confidential.
Duration: 4 months during the period from Aug to Nov 2022
