UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Medicines for diarrhea treatment (CAT 4) The tender is open from 1 July 2022 to 31 January 2023 for Technical and Commercial proposal Submissions with submission windows as follows: • Technical proposal submission window - Window 1 until 22 July: Technical Proposal and evaluation of technical documents. - Window 2 preferably from 23 July to 30 September 2022 for Technical Proposal and evaluation of technical documents. A SharePoint site will be established and the link to it provided to each supplier who has submitted the Technical Proposal, Annex 2i, to participate in the tender RFP-DAN-2022-503459 where notably, all technical documents shall be uploaded in the SharePoint library. The Technical Proposal shall be submitted via this email address ONLY: supplybid@unicef.org • Commercial proposal submission window Upon evaluation of the technical documents, only suppliers with acceptable technical evaluations will be individually approached by email during the period from 1 November to 30 December 2022 to prepare for Commercial proposal submission. The actual submission of Commercial proposals will take place in Window 3 from 1 January to 31 January 2023 via ungm.org platform. The questionnaire template for submitting the Commercial proposal is available on www.ungm.org platform. The Commercial proposal shall be submitted in both, the questionnaire format and duly signed and dated excel format. The Bid Form must be dated, signed by the duly authorized representative of the submitting company and submitted together with the Commercial Proposal. Any relevant supporting documents (certificates etc.) shall also be uploaded via the ungm.org platform. Technical and Commercial Proposals shall be strictly submitted only in the indicated formats and “window” periods. As such, Proposals and their related documents submitted in any other way will be disqualified. Bid conference.    Bid conferences are planned to take place as follows: Week 28, 2022, during Window 1, Technical proposal submission. Week 32, 2022, during Window 2, Technical proposal submission. Week 2, 2023, during window 3, Commercial proposal submission This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system. By clicking on the blue ‘Express Interest’ button in the UNGM tender notice, the full UNICEF e-submission system instructions to bidders document (including instructions on how to access the tender documents and submit an Offer) will be automatically emailed to the ‘contact persons’ included in your UNGM registration. Alternatively, the full UNICEF e-submission system instructions to bidders document is publicly available on the UNICEF supply internet pages here: https://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html . In the tender management site, if you navigate to the documents tab and opt in to confirm your intention to submit a Bid – you will then see the mandatory placeholders for documents that must be attached prior to submitting your Offer (you will also see if there are any mandatory questionnaires to complete). As such, you are recommended to `opt in` well before the submission deadline so you are clear exactly what documents are required to be uploaded prior to completing your submission. Please note that in order to access the tender documentation through UNICEF’s e-submissions system, vendors must: (i) be registered with UNICEF in UNGM as a company/NGO; (ii) have successfully completed all mandatory information currently required by UNGM when registering. Please ensure that any files submitted as part of your Bid are not corrupt or damaged in any way. Please exercise particular caution when using compressed files. Any corrupt or damaged files may lead to your Bid being invalidated. All vendors are strongly recommended to regularly log in to the UNICEF e-submissions system to check for any deadline extensions, new clarifications, new correspondence or updated tender documents relating to this tender.
