Kindly reply,1- Delivery time of 60 days seems to less as these huge quantities are not in stock and has to be imported freshly. Current logistics situation is very poor resulting in delays. Therefore, please extend delivery time from 60 days to at least 120 days.Answer: You can add your own delivery time, the lead time will be decided as per project requirement. 2- It has been already clarified from your side that if we book the shipment on your name then Pakistan Customs wont charge taxes and duties from you. But to book shipment in name of UNOPS Pakistan, it is mandatory that UNOPS send payemnt directly to our Principal or its assigned agent outside Pakistan who will be responsible in arranging the shipment. Therefore, please confirm the mode of payment in this case? Will you send payment 100% Advance via TT OR 100% LC at site OR 100% payment against CAD/DAP method. Please clarify this?Answer: 100% payment against the DAP method within 30 days 3- We can see that you have specified some brands very clearly. If we quote a brand that is not specified in your tender but it meets/comply with the specifications then will it be accepted/considered by the Honorable Technical Evaluation Committee? Answer: The mentioned brands are clients' requirements, we request you to quote the same brands. 4- You have specified that minimum 5 years Experience is required. If a company is established in 2021 having 3 to 4 Work Orders as experience. Will it be considered? Or should be participate in JV with our sister company having plenty of experience in establishment of Water Testing Labs and Lab Equipment? New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,Please clarify below.4.1- Horizontal Laminar air flow cabinet (Clean Bench) This is a heavy equipment. Therefore we need to know to which floor this should be delivered in the end users locations specified in the document. Because handling charges may need to be considered if it to be taken to higher floors of the building. New clarification added: Please discard the previousus response to the below clarification.Respected sir, We are having some issues regarding FCA mode.Q.1 In FCA will UNOPS will send the payment to our manufacturer ? Answer: in this case, the manufacturer should apply for the tender.  Please note the evaluation will be done on the DAP prices. We can not issue PO to Pakistan based company on FCA incoterms.Q.2 If No, then if we order the shipment is UNOPs name proof of payment is required, But  UNOPS never send the payment to our manufacturer then how will we clear the shipment from customs?

New clarification added: We are participating in more than 10 lot, I would like to ask we have to submit the Form-C either saperately or we can submit the combined with all lots in one an upload the same in all lots.Answer: Yes you can do both ways, but the first one is more appropriate one.

In this case, Form E is not applicable. How to proceed then? The manufacturer appointed the Sole distributor for all the tenders in Pakistan and they do not need to send an authorization for each tender inquiry separately. Answer: Form-E is not mandatory if you already have the authorization letter. but you should also submit sole distribution authorization in your submission. 2. Ref. Form C of Price Schedule Form, it is mentioned that International bidders must quote FCA and DAP prices. Is it necessary for local bidders to quote the FCA and DAP prices or its enough to quote only the DAP prices? Answer: The evaluation will be done on the basis of DAP prices. FCA prices are only for the freight price comparison and for the convince of the foreign bidders.
