Provision of Translation and Interpretation Services for OSESGY and UNMHA in Yemen

1. The United Nations Mission to Support Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) and Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen (OSESGY) wishes to enter an agreement with a qualified company for the provision of Interpretation and Translation Services in Yemen, all governorates with a focus on Aden, Hadramou, Al-Mahra, Maarib, Taiz, Sana’a and Hudaydah on an "as and when" required basis, for initial period of 2 (two) years with the option for extension for additional period of two one-year each (2+1+1) subject to availability of funds, extension of UNMHA and OSESGY mandate, and more importantly, the satisfactory performance of the Contractor.
