PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

UNICEF requires the services of a videographer to produce a 4-6 minute English documentary video on the UPSHIFT Programme, with subtitles were necessary and closed captions in English.
The main purpose of the documentary is to highlight the journey, achievements, and perspectives from participants (youth, coaches, mentors, and caregivers) in relation to the UPSHIFT programme in Namibia, as well its potential from the side of Government, UNICEF and/or private sector.
The video must be based on narration and interviews from youth who participated in the pilot programme, mentors, trainers, and other partners from the field, including private sector and Government partners.
The narrative should be factual and display the impact of the programme on young people’s lives.
The documentary should be in English, with subtitles for translation of local language interviews. The video should also include closed captions in English for the hearing impaired.
