Long Term Arrangement for 'Salesforce and SharePoint Online Integration'
SharePoint Online is UNICEF’s chosen enterprise content management solution, managing content coming from different sources. UNISON, the Salesforce-based CRM system for public and private partnership management, is one source of content, with documents generated from UNISON records (e.g. briefing notes) and stored and managed in SharePoint Online.
UNICEF wishes to establish Long-Term Arrangement/s (LTA/s) with one or more qualified vendors to provide a solution that seamlessly offers the ability to manage the integration of documents generated from UNISON to SharePoint Online (and eventually Microsoft 365 in general).
