VSAT Installation with Monthly subscription (bandwidth coverage) per server for Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) at various locations

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the 2 Years Long Term Agreement (LTA) for VSAT Installation with Monthly VSAT subscription (bandwidth coverage) per server for Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) at various locations for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services:

1.      2 Years Long Term Agreement (LTA) for VSAT Installation with Monthly VSAT subscription (bandwidth coverage) per server for Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Locations at various locations

More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

Service providers are expected to submit their bids arranged and detailed according to the Technical evaluation criteria as stated on pages 11 and 25 of this bidding document.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand to IOM with office address at 55 Hassan Musa Katsina Street Asokoro, Abuja on or before Monday 30th May 2022. No late proposal shall be accepted, bids not registered in the bid registry will not be accepted and bids without the signed conformity form for suppliers will not be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
