The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work:

develop guidelines for planning, procuring, commissioning, and managing standard walk-in cold rooms and freezer rooms (WICR/WIFR), large walk-in cold rooms (LWICR) and maintaining refrigerated vehicles.
