UNSCO seeks to engage a professional Service Provider capable of providing international leased circuits and fixed lines in the form of a highly reliable Leased Line Service from UN locations in Gaza and Ramallah. The circuit is to be used for Real-time traffic, including Voice. It must, as a result, be highly reliable provided terrestrially in Jerusalem, Gaza & Ramallah. The leased line will be utilized for both voice/video and data traffic and requires the lowest possible latency in milliseconds between all locations
