RFQ-2022-29: Consultant to provide multimedia communications services to amplify the voices and advocacy of young people in the initiative in South Africa.

The purpose of the consultancy is to produce multi-media communications to drive the Education Plus initiative’s political and investment message through production of Op-eds and documenting and publicize through high-quality audiovisual media the engagement of young women and youth and diverse communities in the initiative in South Africa.
Scope of work
1. Develop 2 Newspaper op-eds on Education Plus with inputs from young people and publish in national and international newspapers.
2. Carry out fieldwork, take high quality pictures suitable for web and print publishing, Film 8 Education Plus events and undertake video interviews with key participants at the events.
3. Produce video profiles using footage of 8 events and personal testimonies, edited for use in meetings, social media and community screenings.
4. Develop a repository of media, photos and videos related to Education Plus Initiative in South Africa.

Assignment duration and management arrangement
Fifteen days (15) days spread over 15 May – 15 June, 2022
