The International Telecommunication Union (hereinafter referred to as "ITU") issues the present Request For Quotation (RFQ) for network equipment.
With this RFQ ITU intends to issue a purchase order, in accordance with its rules and procedures, for the purchase of network equipment specified in the Quotation Form of the present RFQ.
This RFQ will be administered by ITU Procurement Division. Therefore, bidders requiring any clarification about the RFQ documents, or the process itself, shall submit their queries in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to the following address:

Only those queries received in writing, as well as ITU’s relevant written replies, will be considered as an integral part of this RFQ and will therefore be taken into consideration in the subsequent evaluation process. All queries duly received, as well as the related ITU responses, will be published on the UNGM website (www.ungm.org), without mention of the question’s source.
Deadline for submission of queries is Thursday 26 April 2012 (12h00 Geneva time).
Deadline for submission of quotations is Wednesday 9 May 2012 (16h00 Geneva time).
Quotations shall be valid for at least 60 days.
We would appreciate advanced information that you intend to submit a quotation to the address referred to above.
