UNOPS is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit their quotations for Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the “Schedule of Requirements” herein uploaded as “Section II_Schedule of Requirements” as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

New clarification added: QUESTION: Is the question below meant for the bidder to describe similar work done for other companies or just work done in the past for the UN?"Has your firm/organization provided similar services for UN in the past?"ANSWER: Please answer if you have provided similar services for he UN and in FORM D PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE FORM outline the work that has been done for UN if any and other organizations/companies.

New clarification added: QUESTION: We would like to check if there is any Form template to upload for "Bidders Information Form " ? Becaise same section is already present under "Vendor Submission "Section, so not sure if any separate form to be uploaded in Document Checklis section or not.ANSWER: There is no separate form. Only fill out Vendor Submission Section.

QUESTIONS: Does the work require a security clearance?Does the work require access to additional equipment to access a separate networkANSWERS: Partner can assume base technologies Office 365, PowerBI, Azure AD, and Windows 10 are already in place. Partner can assume D365 subscriptions will be in place prior to project start. Implementation is limited to Configuration of Out of the Box Features. Customization is not desired.Vendor will leverage agile methodology for developing the product plan. Vendor should ensure that customer feedback is built into the implementation. QUESTION: Approximately how many users will be using the platform?ANSWER: Solution will initially support no more than 20 users but could expand over time to additional offices
