Bids must be delivered by or before 12:00 hours (Khartoum local time) on Wednesday 18 April 2012. Bids will be publically opened on Wednesday 18 April 2012, at 14:00 hours (Khartoum local time), at the premises of UNDP in Garden City, Building # 290, Garden City, Khartoum in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives who choose to attend the opening.
