Food safety laboratory equipment and consumables for Suriname

One of the objectives of the Suriname Agriculture Market Access Project (SAMAP) is to support the availability of a robust food laboratory testing capacity to Surinamese stakeholders, in particular to farmers and food processors. SAMAP has already invested in providing equipment for the Government Laboratory (VKI Laboratory), identified to be the future service provider of food safety testing to food and agri-food producers in Suriname, and support food regulatory initiatives. Additional laboratory equipment and consumables were identified as being required to support food laboratory operations serving the production sector in Suriname and which would benefit from support of SAMAP’s support. This tender includes two lots: one for laboratory equipment and one for consumables. The detail of the items, specifications and requirements are detailed in the tender document attached.
