Description
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidder to submit a quotation for the Supplying of Office Supplies/Stationery Items (Lot 1) & Printing Services (Lot 2) & Visibility Items (Lot 3) to UNOPS AUMCO Office in Vienna, Austria under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Criteria of avaluation: The evaluation and selection will be done lot-by-lot
Based on the results of this exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into a non-exclusive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the successful bidder for the supply of photocopy and bindding book services in Cambodia for a period of 12 months with possibility of extension for another year according to the performance, fund availability and if the BPA has not exceeded the maximum contract ceiling as follows:
Lot 1: Stationery Items/office supplies (BPA max value is 18, 000.00 Euro)
Lot 2: Printing services (BPA max value is 18, 000.00 Euro)
Lot 3: Visibility Items (BPA max value is 14, 000.00 Euro)
The draft Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and guideline are provided for ease of reference.

As we are oversea bidder from China, the delivery time will be 2 to 4 weeks under normal condition. Will that acceptable by your side?A1: Referring to one of the eligibility criteria as per Section I of RFQ Particulars, "bidders shall be registered and have permission to operate in Austria '' that was a justification/estimation for the required 3-4 days that is considered sufficient for delivery of goods.Q2: As the unit price differs for various quantity range. Could you please offer reference quanity for each item, such as 2000, 5000, or 10000 etc?A2: As it was noted in the solicitation documents and previous clarifications to request of one of the bidders, this is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that is for a maximum period of 12 months and maximum value of $18K / $18K / $16K for Lots 1-3, respectively.Only unit price will be fixed for any minimum or maximum quantities under the specified BPA maximum value that can be consumed within a maximum period of 12 months.Q3: The required currency is EUR. Does that mean only european bidders accepted for provision of required items?A3: As mentioned in clarifications to question 1 above, bidders shall be registered and have permission to operate in Austria and BPAs will be concluded in Euro

New clarification added: Dear vendors,Pls kindly see a clarification to a vendor's question:Q: My Question relates to Lot 2 and 3. Here are given no quantities. Since we also have to inquire with our suppliers in order to be able to offer you the best possible price, i need the appropriate item quantities for the requested print types for Lot 2 and 3.A: Please kindly note that this is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that is for a maximum period of 12 months and maximum value of $18K and $16K for Lot 2 and Lot 3, respectively.The contract will be concluded indicating unit price per piece for all items. For Lot 2 unit price is requested for 2 ranges of quantities ordered. Please note that BPA is not binding UNOPS to purchase specific quantities during the contract duration. It is for the purpose of fixing unit price that will be applied when order will be made by UNOPS during the contract duration. This shall be taken into account during your pricing. Call-off-orders for specific quantities will be created as and when required during 12 months.
