The United Nations Support Office for AMISOM (UNSOA) has a requiremnt for provision of Clip on Generators for Thermo king Reefer containers to be delivered DAP UNSOA Warehouse Mombasa, Kenya. The United Nations Support Office for AMISOM (hereinafter referred to as “UNSOA” or “the United Nations), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from duly registered and licensed companies for the provision of Clip on Generators for Thermo king Reefers DAP UNSOA Mombasa Warehouse, Kenya. UNSOA will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a solicitation document to those companies which shall express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill UNSOA’s requirements. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete UNSOA Vendor Registration Form (new vendors only). Detailed specifications will be provided to companies that will be short listed for receipt of the solicitation documents. The EOI should specify the subject and the relevant information about the company, such as: Company’s Name and registration certificates; Complete address including phone, fax numbers and e-mail; Name and title of the contact person; Information concerning the capacity (i.e. financial strength and resources) and experience of the company; Company’s profile, current or provious experience in the last three years in contracts for the provision of similar goods of similar scope and magnitude. This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNSOA reserves the right to change or cancel these requirements at any time in the REOI and/or solicitation process. UNSOA considers a firm's qualifications and experience in the service area, and previous performance, when preparing a list of invitees. Thus, submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Due to the high volume of communications, UNSOA is not in a position to issue confirmation of receipt of EOIs. UNSOA reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline below.
