Request for the submission of Proposals (LRPS-2021- 9172008) Rehabilitation and Operation of 5 Boreholes in Smaqiyat Mseifra and Nawa in Dara Governorate”

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Syria country office is intending to enter into a contract for provision of Rehabilitation and Operation of 5 Boreholes in Smaqiyat Mseifra and Nawa in Dara Governorate. In order to perform this task, UNICEF is looking for reputable international or local service provider. Service providers are invited to apply.

The interested service providers are requested to submit Proposal (LRPS) in sealed envelope as per LRPS requirements. The proposals of service providers will be strictly evaluated according to the LRPS document.

The address for the submission of Proposals is;

UNICEF Office in East Mazzeh, Al Shafiee St., Bldg 2

Closing date of the submission is: 14 December 2021 at 16:30 hours.

LRPS received after closing date/time will be rejected.

Please note the following:

  • UNICEF does not deal with service providers who are non-compliant with the National Labor Laws and Regulations and with those who abide to ethical standards related to child Labor and landmines.
  • UNICEF payment terms are after delivery.
  • UNICEF prefers to collaborate with those who have previous working experience in the subject matter.
  • Upon receipt and review of the documents, UNICEF officials shall only visit the premises of the suppliers who have submitted complete documentation and who meet UNICEF criteria before considering them as services providers.

يعتزم مكتب الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (اليونيسيف) بسوريا الدخول في عقد لتقديم خدمات إعادة تأهيل وتشغيل 5 أبار في السماقيات والمسيفرة ونوى في محافظة درعا ، تبحث اليونيسف عن مزود خدمات عالمي أو محلي من ذوي السمعة الطيبة. لذلك ندعوا مقدمي الخدمات لتقديم عروضهم.

يطلب من مقدمي الخدمات المهتمين تقديم عروضهم في ظرف مختوم وفقًا لمتطلبات طلب تقديم العروض. سيتم تقييم طلبات مقدمي الخدمة بدقة وفقًا لوثيقة طلب تقديم العروض.

الرجاء الانتباه للملاحظات التالية:

• لا تتعامل منظمة اليونيسف مع مقدمي الخدمات الذين لا يلتزمون بالقوانين واللوائح الوطنية للعمل ومع أولئك الذين يلتزمون بالمعايير الأخلاقية المتعلقة بعمل الأطفال والألغام الأرضية.

• شروط الدفع لمنظمة اليونيسف هي بعد التسليم.

• تفضل منظمة اليونيسف التعاون مع من لديهم خبرة عملية سابقة في المجال المذكور.

• عند استلام ومراجعة الوثائق، يمكن لموظفي اليونيسف زيارة مقر الموردين الذين قدموا وثائق كاملة والذين يستوفون معايير اليونيسف قبل اعتبارهم كمقدمي خدمات.
