Provision of Virtual Tour and Social Tables

The United Nations Conference Centre in Addis Ababa (UNCC-AA) is looking for a suitable contractor that can create 3D visualization of the UNCC-AA venue and its location as well as a 3D event diagramming and seating application. The aim is to create high-end animation and image films for the UNCC-AA Conference venue, location and the various meeting rooms including high quality renderings, detailed modeling, animated films and virtual reality panoramas whereby internal and external 360 virtual 3D views of all conference rooms and seating arrangements are possible to be viewed and managed virtually. Requirement detail: • Diagramming and photo-realistic 3D that shall help seamless events. Keep event data clean with smart automation for seating, catering, and guest lists. Speed up communication with secure, real-time commenting built directly into the diagramming software. • Navigate changes to a given event plan seamlessly with versioning and version restore features that let one go back in time. Communicate effortlessly with teammates by sharing and printing always-up-to-date diagrams with complete flexibility on table templates. Easily edit multiple tables at once, add or remove individual tables - creating collaboration on events as they evolve making setup simpler, improving communication. • Share the UNCC-AA property with customers before making them physically walk through the space. • Entice clients everywhere with 3D that represent the UNCC-AA’s event space accurately down to the last detail. • Training of UNCC-AA staff on the solution recommended is required. • Flexibility in accommodating added features of the Conference Centre that may occur due to renovation of the Centre. • Provision of after-sales technical support and maintenance (this could be free for a specific period of time like 6 months to 1 year and with agreement after that). Companies expressing interest should note that this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) serves as pre-qualification of the companies that will be invited to participate in the tender process .Intrested firms will be invited to the tender by "Request for Proposal (RFP)" at later stage and the detail requirement will be further specfied in the RFP document. UNECA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI/ or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The RFP and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations. UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a vendor that is not registered with United Nations Global Market Place(UNGM). Thus, only those vendors who are registered or provisionaly registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive the solicitation document RFP.
