RFQ-2021-47: Facilitation Services for RST ESA Retreat and Regional Management Meeting (RMM) with UNAIDS Country Directors

UNAIDS is currently implementing a realignment exercise to ensure that its most valuable resources, staff members are aligned with the deliverables of the newly approved Global AIDS Strategy. The retreat will require looking into new ways of working post-realignment.
The team building retreat is tentatively planned as follows: 1) 26-27 January 2022 for RST staff and 2) 29-30 January 2022 for UNAIDS Country Directors. The retreats will be held outside the office premises within commuting distance of the RST ESA office in Sunninghill.
The main responsibilities are:
- Administer the Enneagram Personality Test online for 1) Option 1 - 21 team members to have information on personality type and 2) Option 2 an additional 18 UNAIDS Country Directors based in 18 countries, reporting directly to the Regional Director.
- Debrief with each team member virtually about the outcome of the above assessment and Identify development needs of each team member.
- Participate in the development of an agenda for an on-site retreat based on the findings of the above and other topics related to the organization of the work in the RST (evaluation of 2020-2021 workplan, planning for 2022-2023 workplan) as determined by an RST working group prior to the retreat.
- Facilitate the retreat with all team members present, using the tool to inform the activities for the retreat. The retreat is initially foreseen to last 2 full days.
- Facilitate the retreat with the 18 UNAIDS Country Directors for the following 2 full days.
- Brief the Regional Director about the findings and make recommendations for the way forward
- Include a two-hour discussion on the Code of Conduct with a view to create awareness and possibility to improve on the Code.
- Prepare a final report of the retreat with recommendations.
Duration of consultancy will be from: signing of the contract to end February 2022 with 4 days fixed consultancy required for event days and rest of days to be estimated for testing staffs as explained in RFQ details above.
