The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) with its Headquarters, located at Government House, Armon Hanatziv, Jerusalem, requests Expression of Interest (EOI) to engage a professional Service Provider capable of providing digital national/international leased circuits (terrestrial connections) and International Internet connectivity for World Wide Web and other Internet services as listed below: 1) Leased Line Service from Camp Ziouani to UNLB in Italy 20Mbps 2) Leased Line Service from Camp Ziouani to UNSB Valencia (Spain) 20Mbps 3) Leased Line Service from Camp Ziouani to UNFICYP in (Cyprus) 10Mbps 4) Leased Line Service from Camp Ziouani to UNAMI in Amman 10Mbps 5) Leased Line Service from Camp Ziouani to UNAMI in Kuwait 10Mbps 6) Leased Line Service from UNTSO Jerusalem to UNAMI in Amman 10 Mbps. 7) Leased Line Service from UNAMI Kuwait to UNAMI Amman 10Mbps. 8) Leased Line Service from Camp Ziouani to Tiberias 10Mbps 9) Leased line Service from Camp Ziouani to UNTSO in Jerusalem 10Mbps 10) Leased line from UNTSO Tiberias to UNTSO in Jerusalem 10Mbps 11) Leased line from UNFICYP (Cyprus) to UNAMI Kuwait 10Mbps 12) Internet services in Camp Ziouani, Ramat Hagolan, Israel access rates for options: a) 10Mbs b) 20Mbs c) 30Mbps d) 40Mbps e) 50Mbps Companies interested in receiving the solicitation documents are requested to submit a written Expression of Interest (EOI) to include the following: a. Company’s Profile; b. Financial statement demonstrating sufficient financial solidity to enter into contract with the United Nations; c. Reference List of current or previous service contracts on similar services, in sufficient details to allow UNTSO to consider your firm for the receipt of the solicitation. UNTSO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill UNTSO requirements. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete a UNTSO Vendor Registration Form (new vendors only). A detailed Scope of Requirements (SoW) will be provided to companies short listed for receipt of the RFP documents. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. UNTSO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the RFP documents. UNTSO reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
