Provision of Nine (9) ISDN E1 Connections to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) at UNSB Valencia, Spain.

The United Nations Logistics Base (UNLB) intends to issue a tender for the provision of nine (9) ISDN E1 connections to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) at UNSB Valencia, Spain. The service shall include the reservation of 1000 numbers for each E1 link. The resultant contract will consist of a provision for services for a period of four years (2 year +1+1), and will include the possibility to add more E1 lines, on “as and when required” basis. For this purpose, UNLB will undertake a competitive bidding exercise providing the full details of the technical and contractual requirements to those companies who expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information regarding their ability to fulfill UNLB requirement. The service shall be provided in accordance with the Spanish Legislation. This notice does not constitute solicitation.
