Provision of Design-Build-Maintenance of Solar System for BINUH

The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti has a requirement for qualified service providers who have a proven track record in Providing Solar system Services to support its operational requirements in Port au prince, Haiti. The required services shall include: a. Design and Installation of Solar System, b Operational Cleaning of PV panels c Routine Maintenance of Solar System The detailed scope of requirements will be provided in the UN's Request for Prroposal (RFP), which will be emailed to all vendors responding to this EOI, in consideration of the conditions listed below. No further details will be made available prior to the issuance and dispatch of the RFP. Conditions: 1. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the information requested in the vendor response form 2. If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the services required is FREE and MANDATORY for responding to this REOI. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding). Important Notice: 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. BINUH reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4. BINUH also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements. 5.
