The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (“LRFP”) is to invite proposals for the  recruitment of a firm  for the assessment access to justice for children on the move and other vulnerable children in six countries in West Africa (Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali, Mauritania, Niger and Nigeria) through the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data related to legal and policy frameworks, detention and alternative care as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference/Statement of Work attached at Annex A
