New clarification added: Question # 2: thanks of unops Team that have Good Decision for the Contract the following decision appreciate, The Bid Security in shape of Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) i.e. irrevocable cheques certified by a bank is also acceptable,Answer # 2: Yes on request of bidders we have facilitated the bidders by allowing bid security in shape of CDR as well.
