Description

1.             Description of Requirement:

 

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) located at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) it intends to issue for the supply of jerry cans to be provided to victims of man-made or natural disasters so that they may carry and store their drinking water.

 

2.             Specific Requirements/Information:

 

- Technical specifications:

 

  • A collapsible 10 litre capacity plastic jerry can to carry and store drinking water.
  • Non toxic, good food grade LPDE material.
  • The filled jerry can be hung or laid on the ground.

- Duration of the contract: 3 years

 

- Delivery to Brindisi, Accra and Dubai.

Please confirm the UNOG Vendor registration number. Registration at Level 2 is a mandatory pre-requisite for participation in this process.

9.             The United Nations Office at Geneva reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time in the EOI and/or solicitation process.   Please note that only those firms considered qualified by the United Nations Office at Geneva for this project will be invited to participate.
