New clarification added: Dear bidders,Please find below the answers for some clarification requests:Q1: Is it possible to have more explicit list of functionalities expected to be implemented in the Mobile Application. Is it expected to have all the functionalities of current web portal in the new Mobile application (including registration, submission,....)?A1: The new Mobile application must include all the functionalities of current web portal.Q2: "The mobile app type shall be developed as a hybrid app type, and Developed based on an open-source spring framework ". Is it possible to use a mobile hybrid Technology (based on web but not based on Spring)?A2: Please check the amended schedule of requirement.Q3: Is it possible to extend the submission deadline?A3: The deadline was extended untill August 23, 2021Best regards.
